- Responsibility in Exchange 3 with Sales and Training (Always archive at least 90% target in recruit, issue policies, active agent)
• Manage and support Leaders to implement sales plan to meet the target (including set up recruitment plan, COP schedule and welcome new agents, prepare sale report, motivate inactive agents, investigate and solve the problems related to DC...)

Major Responsibilities: Working in Southern as Tien Giang, Ben Tre, Dong Thap, Da Nang, Binh Thuan. Senior Sales Representative position and report to Regional Sales Manager.
• Ensure sales target for each business partner are met and exceed.
• Arrange, prepare and follow up logistic things before/while/after client seminars (both training seminar for Union women leaders form District to Province level and conducting client seminar at each Ward/ Commune/ Town).
• SR Supervisor:
- Make sure the clients queries received by collectors are settled properly.
- Contact with agent/BAM ( related to policy served by agent with admin message).
- Investigate complaints about collector service within the service time and take necessary action for improvement, review and update the procedures/work flows/regulations to be effective and efficient for the daily operation.
- Closely supervise collectors to provide support as well as to analyze factors affecting collector performance.
- Discuss and guide the collectors with low productivity how to improve it during daily review of productivity, with Senior Manager recruiting/training new collectors to maintain sufficient collector to service to clients.
- Run and settle report related to collector daily,check daily report of collector.
- Make sure administration matters such as training, recruitment, termination,… are carried out in accordance with the rules & regulations included all documents be kept properly for reference and as per auditing requirements
• Conduct training/client seminars.
